ADHESIVE CONSTRUCTION METHOD INTRODUCTION

2. Wipe the outside of the pipe end and the inside of the pipe mouth with a clean dry cloth before use to keep the bonded surface clean and dust-free. When the mating surface is oily, use a cotton cloth dipped in acetone and other cleaning agents to wipe it off.
3. It is necessary to verify the tightness between the socket tube and the socket before gluing. You can try to insert the two before bonding to ensure that the gap is s 0.3mm. If the gap is too large, it will directly affect the bonding strength.
4. When applying adhesive, apply the inside of the socket first and then the outside of the socket (as shown in the picture) along the axial direction.
If the adhesive has poor fluidity, it can be heated indirectly before use. Heating with open flames or electric furnaces is prohibited to prevent the adhesive from catching fire.
After applying the adhesive, quickly insert the pipe into the pipe fitting with a slight rotation, push it to the proper position, and rotate the pipe 1/4 turn to ensure that the angle and position of the interface are correct.
After the connection is completed, the adhesive extruded from the outside of the component should be wiped clean in time, otherwise the accumulated adhesive may cause local softening of the pipe.
The components should be allowed to stand and cure for a certain period of time (≥24h) before use: force or forced loading should be avoided during the static curing time. When the ambient temperature is low, the storage time and curing time should be appropriately extended to avoid loosening.
After the bonding work is completed, the adhesive bottle cap should be closed in time to prevent the subsequent use of the product from being affected by the volatilization of the solvent.
Adhesive shelf life: 12 months, please use it as soon as possible after opening. If there is a slight yellowing within the warranty period, it can still be used.
Note: When painting, a thicker layer of adhesive (about 0.5mm, avoid excessive) should be applied to the outside of the socket. A thinner layer of adhesive should be applied to the inside of the socket. If it is dry before bonding, you need to apply it again.
